Fitzwell Solutions were hired by Walters Property Group to take on this fast faced but exciting project. - with both directors of the companies already having built a personal relationship in the past the trust was there for the team to complete this project to a high standard.

Due to a change in circumstances Walter Group requested us to complete the renovation within in a 8 week turn around target while still holding our holding values and presenting only the highest standard of work.

What We Completed:

Complete Floor Plan Restructure including structural and engineering work.

On this occasion the styling and direction came from Walters Property Group.

Favourite Project Feature: The master bedroom and ensuite.

Challenge Of The Project: As the industry is still learning to cope with covid, managing the sub-trades to meet a short turnaround project deadline was difficult at times however did not stop us.
